Masereka Kenneth is an M&E expert with over 6 years’ experience in designing M&E Systems, developing and modifying M&E tools, building staff M&E capacity and monitoring and evaluating projects / programs. He has designed, implemented, managed and provided M&E technical assistance various projects national and regional level in Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda. He has developed, managed and implemented databases to track the flow of information within complex, multi-layered, geographically dispersed projects, placing a specific emphasis on data quality and has conducted numerous data quality audits for Children International in Uganda and other programs in Uganda.
