Stanley Nsubuga is a Public Health programmer and an advocate with strong advocacy interest on the rights of adolescents, young people living and affected by HIV in all there diversities. He is currently serving on several advisory boards including the African Youth Community Advisory Board, National Forum of People Living with HIV/AIDS Networks in Uganda and Community Health Alliance Uganda (CHAU). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with over five years of experience in HIV/SRHR resource mobilization and programming, advocacy for better health of people living with HIV,  partnership building, supporting movements for young people living and affected with HIV in Uganda and implementation of harm reduction programs for people who use drugs. He is currently responsible for advocating for inclusive policies and law reforms that adopt harm reduction programs and reduce drug related harm among PWIDs in Uganda and a lobbyist for the adoption and inclusion of harm reduction programs.
