The Harm Reduction Community Summit is a special annual advocacy assembly organized to bring dynamic, passionate advocates, policy makers, media, law enforcements, service providers, opinion leaders and harm reduction and HIV community Activists in Uganda.
Uganda Harm Reduction Network holds the summit, to create a forum for community members to openly share information, insights, experiences and best practices about relevant issues that affect people who use and inject drugs and empowered leaders around drug policy and harm reduction advocacy efforts through intergenerational connections.
